Terms & Conditions

• The tariff for Indian exhibitors is exclusive of GST and other government taxes & levies. Any government tax, levy, if applicable will be collected with each installment.
• Invoicing will be done for the stall selected by the exhibitor based upon the layout. After confirmation of stall allocation, exhibitor will receive subsequent invoices. Invoices for other services will be issued separately as per requirement of the exhibitor.
• Since availability of 2/3/4 sides open stalls/ space are limited, the organiser does not guarantee the allotment of such stall/space.
• Invoices will be issuedin thename of the Exhibitor, by signing the Participation Contract Form.
• Subject to the prior approval of the stall layout fromofficialarchitectand inaccordance with ELECRAMA-2020 Rules and Regulations, exhibitors may be permitted to create a mezzanine floor up to 40% of the bare space area at an additional charge of 30% over and above the applicable rates of that respective area booked, only at specific locations marked in the layout. • Exhibitors are requested to strictly adhere to the payment schedule appearing in their Invoice.The pending payments if made after applicable due dates, attract an additional amount of Rs. 50/- per sqm per day (in case of bare space) and Rs. 100/- per sqm per day (in case of shell scheme) which will be payable before taking possession.
• The process of refunding security deposit shall commence after 3 months of the closure of the exhibition on receipt of the tax deduction at source (TDS) certificate (Form 16 A) and after deducting the claims for damages and other recoveries, if any. The security deposit may be forfeited, if the stall is not complete in all respects before 1300 hours on 17th January 2020.

By signing this contract with ELECRAMA-2020, we confirm our participation at ELECRAMA-2020.

We also accept all Rules and Regulations available on www.elecrama.com which we have read and understood and also accept those which will be established from time to time, which forms part of this contract.

We acknowledge that stall charges once paid are not refundable/ adjustable by ELECRAMA-2020 in the event of our non-participation/cancellation.

We confirm that all payments due to ELECRAMA-2020 will be paid before the due dates, failing which we agree to pay the extra charges/penalty at the prescribed rate.
